The Challenge

Redeveloping a fully operational building required a careful balance of ambition and precision.

The project’s complexity lay in executing substantial upgrades—including isolating lift systems and undertaking noisy construction work—without disrupting the day-to-day activities of tenants.

Ensuring safety, maintaining access, and minimising inconvenience during the redevelopment process were critical priorities.

A phased construction approach was adopted to maintain continuity for tenants and visitors while delivering a sophisticated transformation. Noise management strategies and careful scheduling of disruptive works ensured minimal interference with daily operations.
