Assurant

The relocation and fit-out of Assurant’s new head office in Hawthorn created a dynamic workplace designed to foster collaboration, productivity, and team interaction. Featuring carefully curated office spaces, meeting rooms, calibration areas, and inviting breakout zones, the project seamlessly balanced functionality and aesthetic appeal, all delivered within the challenges of a live, multi-tenant environment.

In partnership with TE Capital, we transformed two vacated tenancies at 350 Queen Street into a vibrant speculative office fitout. By blending bold colours, unique shapes, and raw concrete, the design created a memorable, boutique-like workspace that defies traditional office norms.

With a focus on natural light, scenic views, and modern office needs, the design caters to diverse workstyles while offering the flexibility to revert to a single tenancy if required.
