The Challenge

Whispir required a workplace that could evolve rapidly as the business scaled, reflect a strong and design-literate founder vision, differentiate itself in a crowded technology market and act as a powerful recruitment tool. All of this needed to be delivered within tight timeframes while the space remained live and occupied.

The project was shaped by constant organisational change, budget pressure alongside high design expectations and ongoing operational constraints. A key challenge was delivering genuine flexibility without diluting the company’s identity or design intent.

The Solution

Working directly with the founder, Agero moved quickly through concept and decision-making, translating vision into built form seamlessly. Our design and construct model allowed us to adapt rapidly as requirements shifted, assume design and fit for purpose risk, deliver bold, hospitality-inspired elements and create a workplace that genuinely stood apart. Design versatility was key, avoiding generic “tech office” tropes in favor of a distinctive, premium environment.
