The Challenge

The project began as a true blank canvas with an empty ground-floor tenancy requiring a complete transformation from the ground up. Complicating the build was its location beneath an occupied residential building, with tenants living directly above the site.

This meant construction activities had to be carefully planned and executed within strict timeframes to minimise noise, disruption and impact on residents.

Every stage of the works demanded thoughtful coordination to balance progress with respect for the surrounding community.

The new fitout features four dedicated treatment rooms, a private consulting room, and a welcoming reception area, all thoughtfully designed to support both operational efficiency and an elevated client experience. Together, these elements set a new benchmark for quality and design in aesthetic medicine.
