TE Capital – L16, 350 Queens Street

A sophisticated palette of Dulux colours, including Cuddlepot Satin, Misty Moss, and Black Caviar, juxtaposes the raw concrete slab and columns.

BOLD DESIGN AND BESPOKE TOUCHES

The Challenge

TE Capital sought to consolidate two recently vacated tenancies into a dynamic office space that would stand out from conventional work environments.

The challenge was to create a design that felt more like a bespoke retail boutique than a typical office, while integrating the raw industrial elements of the building’s concrete structure.

The Solution

We introduced a bold design, beginning at the lobby with a feature wall that seamlessly curves into the space, culminating in an arched tunnel. A sophisticated palette of Dulux colours, including Cuddlepot Satin, Misty Moss, and Black Caviar, juxtaposes the raw concrete slab and columns.

The Social Hub, flooded with natural light, features Dulux Palace Stone Satin, creating contrast with the rich tones of the furniture and joinery.

Throughout the space, circular geometric patterns and carefully chosen colour schemes complement the monochromatic desks and communal tables, offering a truly unique and inspiring office environment.
