Having acquired 350 Queens Street in the heart of Melbourne’s CBD, TE Capital Partners wanted to re-imagine their space with a fitout across multiple levels of this real estate gem.
TE Capital approached Agero to create a design-forward space on levels 4, 18 and 20, with additional foyer work completed on level 11. The final result was a profound success; open, dynamic and impeccably beautiful.
Although the project was undertaken amid Melbourne’s notoriously long lockdown, Agero navigated the challenges to deliver a turnkey space that tenants, clients, and visitors alike would be proud to step inside.
