Bernard has over 20 years experience in the industry. He is passionate about building relationships and truly understands his clients, working side by side with them to help them succeed.
Solution focused and excited by challenges, his lateral design thinking arises from his strength in technical and project engineering, ensuring rapid yet cost effective solutions.
Simon D’Arcy
For over 25 years, Simon has created solutions for buildings and those that own and occupy them. This is his 4th commercial property cycle.
He has a blend of funds, development and transaction management experience for groups including Mirvac, Newmark Capital & Salta Properties, as well as a decade in office leasing with Knight Frank across all Melbourne markets.
Through his involvement in over 1,000 commercial property transactions, he understands the positive role construction strategy and delivery plays in improving buildings and getting deals done.

A design specialist, Geoff is able to quickly interpret business needs and client briefs and turn them into compelling creative solutions.
His proven track record of effective communication and high-level design problem-solving enables him to ensure that all projects are delivered on time and on budget.
