Whispir – 385 Bourke Street

Whispir is a high-growth SaaS business, and Agero has delivered multiple workplace projects for them as the company evolved. This project was undertaken during a critical growth phase, with direct founder involvement and a strong focus on culture, design, and talent attraction.

Hanwha Defence Australia – L5, 550 Bourke Street

Hanwha Defence Australia required a new Melbourne headquarters to support rapid expansion linked to major defence programmes. The project demanded a workplace that could scale quickly, meet stringent compliance requirements and operate at the highest standards of security and governance. This was not a conventional office fitout; it required defence-grade security and compliance, multiple controlled access zones, ISO-aligned systems and reporting and an environment that supported recruitment in a highly competitive talent market, all delivered within tight timeframes.

Tonkin + Taylor – L3, 99 Coventry Street

Tonkin + Taylor is a globally respected environmental and engineering consultancy, recognised for its deep commitment to sustainability, technical excellence and purpose-led work. Agero has delivered multiple projects for Tonkin + Taylor over many years, making this fitout part of a long-standing, trust-based partnership.

Home Co – Richmond Traders

HomeCo, one of Melbourne’s early and most prominent build-to-rent specialists relocated their corporate office into Richmond Traders, one of their flagship developments at the corner of Bridge Road and Church Street. The move was both practical and symbolic: embedding their team within the asset itself and using the workplace as a statement of brand, confidence and intent.

Education Centre of Australia – 655 Collins Street

Following a request for proposal and site inspection, it became clear very quickly that we were the right partner for the project. At the time, the client was in the midst of lease negotiations and had already been working speculatively on the site. They required a design and construct partner capable of capturing the full complexity of the project while delivering a highly fit for purpose education environment that reflected the future direction of their business. ECA’s vision was to establish one of the best education spaces in Melbourne, an intentional departure from the typically cost-driven, second-hand environments common across most RTOs.

Dermaq Aesthetics – 457 Graham Street

Dermaq is an injectable clinic that blends clinical expertise with modern luxury. Designed with soft, serene interiors, our space exudes the elegance of a high-end lifestyle destination, offering a peaceful, hotel-like experience unlike traditional clinical settings.The design and build process was carefully guided to bring this vision to life, with every stage managed to the highest level of transparency, expertise, and attention to detail.

Assurant

The relocation and fit-out of Assurant’s new head office in Hawthorn created a dynamic workplace designed to foster collaboration, productivity, and team interaction. Featuring carefully curated office spaces, meeting rooms, calibration areas, and inviting breakout zones, the project seamlessly balanced functionality and aesthetic appeal, all delivered within the challenges of a live, multi-tenant environment.

5 Queens Rd – End of Trip

This comprehensive redevelopment elevated the building’s key spaces, creating a sophisticated environment that prioritises tenant and visitor experience. Realised in collaboration with K2LD Architects and TE Capital, the result is a reimagined space designed to meet the needs of a dynamic, professional community.

Cucumber Camberwell

Agero was engaged to create a clever, purposeful, and dynamic workplace that ensured no space was left to waste.

Robert James Lawyers

The biggest feature of the fitout is the spacious reception area built from the ground up. The result is professional and sleek, balancing traditional corporate with effortless elegance.

TE Capital – 312 St Kilda Road

TE Capital engaged us to refurbish 312 St Kilda Road and support them in repositioning the delapatated floor and multiple tenancies into an appealing offering for the market. With a focus on natural light, scenic views, and modern office needs, the design caters to diverse workstyles while offering the flexibility to revert to a single tenancy if required.

Adslot

Starting with an empty gallery like space with white columns and polished concrete floors, Agero transformed this into a hip and chic office.

Visy

Visy engaged us to reinvigorate the dilapidated buildings within their portfolio, which we refurbished with an objective of improving staff retention and culture. We created a renewed space where the team could work collaboratively out of one space.

TE Capital – L16, 350 Queens Street

In partnership with TE Capital, we transformed two vacated tenancies at 350 Queen Street into a vibrant speculative office fitout. By blending bold colours, unique shapes, and raw concrete, the design created a memorable, boutique-like workspace that defies traditional office norms.

Dentistry in Canterbury

The modern and inviting fitout has left them feeling like they’re ‘at a day spa rather than a stressful dental clinic’. Decorative hallway arches – which we built from scratch – provide an inviting and sophisticated finish.
